FAST "Functional Analysis System Technique"

​The FAST diagram is a set of essential data to describe a system through service functions and technical functions. 

​

The method is based on questions:

- Why? : Why a function should be implemented?

- How? : How this function should be implemented?

- When? : When this function should be implemented?



The answers to these questions allow to establish the fast diagram.

 

The FAST diagram of Flexi G4

​This FAST diagram presents the description of the functions of the system Flexi G4. The purpose of this diagram is to establish the link between the different functions and technical solutions of the system. The FAST diagram is a simple description of all functions of the system which allows a simple comprehension. We can see on the left the two main functions and in the middle the service functions and technical solutions.
